The 50ZPM series are high-efficiency, packaged rooftop air conditioning units designed for residential and light commercial applications. These self-contained units combine cooling and optional electric heating capabilities in a single compact cabinet.

The units utilize environmentally-friendly R-410A refrigerant and are available in three nominal cooling capacities: 3.0 tons (50ZPM-36), 4.0 tons (50ZPM-48), and 5.0 tons (50ZPM-60). They feature a durable, pre-painted galvanized steel cabinet with a baked enamel finish, providing excellent protection against harsh weather conditions.

The 50ZPM units are equipped with high-efficiency hermetic reciprocating or scroll compressors, depending on the model size. The condenser coils feature aluminum fins mechanically bonded to copper tubes, while the evaporator coils are available with either aluminum or copper fins.

The units incorporate a direct-drive, multi-speed indoor blower motor for efficient air distribution, ensuring optimal comfort levels. Vibration isolation measures have been implemented to ensure quiet operation.
